Karias exists to create a modern alternative to traditional health insurance centered on people, powered by data, and built to give businesses control and lasting savings.
We envision a future where people aren’t just included in the healthcare conversation…they’re leading it. Where access, clarity and compassionate care aren’t reserved for the few, but guaranteed for all. Because no one should be left behind when it comes to their health.
We care deeply – about people, purpose, and impact. Love drives how we serve, listen, lead, and advocate. Because our people and your people are the reason we exist.
We challenge the status quo with conviction and courage. We’re not afraid to do things differently – especially when it is right. Because transforming healthcare requires bold, principled moves.
We show up with grit, reliability, and a say-do spirit. We keep promises, own outcomes, and stay steady when it’s hard. Because trust is built by showing up again and again
We pursue excellence through focused habits, daily intention, and long-term commitment. We do the little things right – over and over.
Service isn’t just what we do – it’s how we live our mission. With clarity, care, and conviction.
We honor the human in every moment. Because real change starts with real connection.

Britt is a multi-expertise, consumer-first leader with 15 years of experience across growth strategy, brand, and experience design. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at age four, she’s spent her life navigating the healthcare system. That lived experience drives her commitment to building something better—making care simpler, more human, and easier to access.
That’s what drew her to Karias Health. For Britt, this work is personal. The opportunity to reset how employers and their teams experience and shop for healthcare is both urgent and inspiring. It’s something we all do for ourselves and those we love—and it should be easier.
Her career spans e-commerce, retail, and health tech, with leadership roles at Shutterfly, Kidizen, UnitedHealthcare, and Optum. She’s known for turning bold ideas into outcomes, building community along the way, and bridging teams, brands, and the people they serve.
Before joining Karias Health in 2025, Britt was Chief of Staff for the Strategy and Growth Office at Optum, leading client engagement strategy, executive communications, and payer sales enablement. Outside of work, Britt enjoys life by Lake Superior in Northern Minnesota with her husband and teenage son. She spends her time rowing, paddle-boarding, ice skating, and staying connected to her community through local organizations.
Andrew is a seasoned healthcare leader with more than a decade of experience across strategy, operations, and business development. He’s led cross-functional growth initiatives and complex transactions, from strategy and negotiation to diligence, integration, and operational improvement. Known for bringing structure to ambiguity, Andrew has helped organizations scale with intention and impact.
He joined Karias Health to help employers and their teams navigate the complexity of today’s healthcare system—and to make it easier to access high-quality care at a fair price. With costs rising and transparency lacking, Andrew believes people deserve a clear, guided path to better options.
Before joining Karias in 2025, Andrew served as Vice President of Strategy and Transformation at Cardinal Health and as Chief of Staff at Integrated Oncology Network, which was later acquired by Cardinal. He began his career at EY, spending five years focused on healthcare transaction advisory. Andrew lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with his wife and two sons. Outside of work, you’ll find him road biking, golfing, or spending time with his family.
